How is the sunshade installed?
The Glass Roof Sunshade is held in place by strong plastic clips that go between the glass roof and the headliner. We provide a good amount of clips for every sunshade so feel free to use as many clips as you need - there's no right or wrong amount. We've included some images in the product listing in case you do need some advice though!
As our sunshades are a two-piece design, they will not sag or weaken overtime, ensuring you stay covered.
Can I leave the Glass Roof Sunshade on all the time?
You sure can. Some of our customers have had their sunshade installed for over a year continuously and they've held up like they did on day one.
Should you wish to have the expansive panoramic glass roof view again, simply pull the sunshades down via their clips, fold them up and store them in the included carrying bag for later.
Does a sunshade make a difference?
That's hard to say but it really comes down to your environment. For customers in warmer climates, the general feedback has been that a sunshade absolutely helps to reduce the overall heat inside the cabin.
The sunshade also helps to increase efficiency of your AC as it doesn't need to work as hard to lower and maintain temperatures.
