Refund policy

Our products are designed to fit specific makes, models, years, and variants of vehicles. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct items are ordered for their vehicle. Compatibility information of products is listed on their respective product pages. If you have any questions or doubts regarding compatibility, please contact us to confirm.

Purchases from Eevify are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges due to 'change of mind', 'finding a cheaper product elsewhere after checking out' or ‘misread the description’.

Eevify does not guarantee fitment of parts unless a vehicle make, model, year, and variant are provided for us to confirm. As Eevify is not the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of products sold on this website, it is impossible to always guarantee exact and precise fitment of all parts or products. This may be due to changes in production lines, dealer-fitted upgrades and other changes or alterations made by a contracted third-party on behalf of the manufacturer, dealership, or customer.

Composite items

Composite items such as carbon fibre or fiberglass are not refundable or exchangeable due to fitment, quality, or finish. These items are often handmade, and as such are deemed custom products with varying degrees of acceptable variances.

Made-to-order or custom order items

Made-to-order and custom order items which require any modification or customisation (e.g. custom wheels, CNC & machined parts, custom fabricated or welded parts, custom painting, etc.) are final at time of payment. Such orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Refunds

If in any event a cancellation, refund or exchange is to be made, it is solely at the discretion of Eevify. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. If an agreement is made, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. The refund will only be processed once the product has been received, inspected, and approved by Eevify. If approved, the buyer will be automatically refunded onto their original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since a return has been approved, please contact us.

Such cancelled or returned orders/items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are at the buyer’s responsibility. Pre-order cancellations will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds or exchanges will not be approved for incorrect application or parts ordered with the assumption that they will fit. If you are unsure of whether an item will fit your vehicle, please contact us to confirm.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include photos or videos so that we can review the issue more quickly. If the product is deemed faulty through no fault of the customer, then Eevify is to offer a remedy to the customer.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders, custom painted, finished, or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for contaminated parts. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards, especially due to ‘change of mind’. Sale items will have their original and sale prices listed on the product page at time of purchase.

Warranty

All items sold come with a 12-month limited warranty. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
