Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation, provided all items are in stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping is included on all orders, unless stated otherwise on the product’s page. At our sole discretion, we may choose to ship an order in multiple packages. Eevify is not liable for any delays that can occur after an order is handed over to third-party courier services. Please contact us if you have any questions about a particular product.
All shipments that are refused or undeliverable are subjected to additional shipping costs and/or a 20% restocking fee.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes at this stage.
